About Sustinemus Consulting
Over nearly a decade, I’ve worked in a variety of roles across substance use treatment and behavioral health services. That experience has given me a broad understanding of the moving parts of treatment—from direct care and clinical practice to supervision, program development, and the systems that support them.
Along the way, I’ve worked with social workers before and after their master’s degrees, as well as many practicum students preparing to enter the profession. I value helping developing professionals connect what they learn in the classroom with the judgment, skills, and confidence they need in practice.
Through clinical supervision, consultation, and training, I bring those experiences together to support clinicians and organizations. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in an understanding of how decisions affect both the people receiving care and the professionals providing it. The goal is to put what I’ve learned to work—strengthening services, supporting professional growth, and creating positive change.
